Thomas, Sr., Learning Academy, Inc., is a tutoring and mentoring program that has been in operation since 1986 and has enhanced the academic achievement of thousands of children in Montgomery County, Maryland. The program serves students in grades 1 through 12 on Saturday mornings from 8:30 am to 11:00 am, October through May at 12 center locations throughout the county. GBTLA is also a member of United Way (Organization Number: 8291).
