(RWSMSF) was established in 1978 by the Mu Nu Chapter, an unincorporated association of the Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc.in honor and memory of Mu Nu’s principal Founder, a Charter member and first Basileus, Bro Rudolph W.
